About Sportkation / Who can join?
Solo travellers, couples, friends and groups are welcome. Choose the program that suits your playing level.
Packages / Which package should I choose?
Play & Relax suits beginners and social players. Train & Improve is for regular players. Train & Transform is a serious week-long program.
Packages / Can I add extra nights or coaching?
Retreat and Camp can be extended with accommodation, three meals and resort facilities. Extra coaching is priced separately per coach and hour; private 1-on-1 coaching can be requested.
Pickleball / Do I need equipment?
Basic equipment is included. You are welcome to bring your own paddle.
Pickleball / What happens if it rains?
Training schedules may be adjusted due to weather or operational conditions. Sportkation will make reasonable arrangements to provide the best possible experience.
Accommodation / Can I have a private room?
Yes, subject to availability. The private-room surcharge is shown in the calculator.
Food / Can you accommodate allergies and diets?
After your booking is confirmed, add food details for every guest in your account. CS and the kitchen review all requests before arrival, especially serious allergies.
Transportation / Can I arrive myself or come from overseas?
Yes. Group transfer from HCMC is included. Self-arrival is possible. Airport transfer must be arranged separately.
Booking / How do I pay, cancel or reschedule?
Pay the full VAT-inclusive total by bank transfer. Your rooms are reserved immediately and held for 24 hours while payment is unpaid. Report your transfer before the deadline so your reservation stays held during verification. Your booking is confirmed once Sportkation verifies receipt of the full payment. An unpaid reservation expires at its displayed deadline. Cancel 30 days or more before departure for a 100% refund, 15–29 days for 50%, or less than 15 days for no refund. One date change is free at least 15 days before departure, subject to availability. See the full cancellation policy for details.
