The terms at a glance
The departure date in your confirmation is day 0. Each cutoff is assessed at 11:59 pm Ho Chi Minh City time (UTC+7) on the relevant day. Percentages apply to the VAT-inclusive amount actually paid for cancelled guests, including options.
The booking planner shows available dates, the full price, inclusions and applicable terms before you reserve. Pay 100% by bank transfer and report it before the displayed deadline. Confirmation follows verification of the full payment. An unpaid reservation expires at its deadline without a cancellation fee.
One date change is free if requested at least 15 days before departure, subject to available places, rooms and coaches. Any price difference is paid or refunded before the new date is confirmed. If no new date is accepted, the cancellation schedule applies to the original date. A request less than 15 days before departure is treated as a cancellation and new booking.
The schedule applies to the VAT-inclusive amount paid for each cancelled guest. The price for remaining guests may change if room arrangements or options change; Sportkation provides the revised price for approval first.
A no-show or early departure does not qualify for a refund of booked services that remain available. Rights relating to a service Sportkation does not provide, or rights required by law, still apply.
If Sportkation cancels before departure, you can choose an agreed alternative date or a refund of 100% of the amount paid. If a significant service is not provided during the training camp, the undelivered portion is refunded. A lower-priced replacement includes a refund of the difference. We notify you as soon as possible and do not require you to accept credit instead of a refund.
In poor weather, sessions may be rearranged if the essential experience can still be delivered safely. If Sportkation must cancel the training camp or cannot safely deliver a significant service, you can choose a new date or a refund for services not provided.
Send written notice in your booking conversation or to booking@sportkation.com. The time received in Ho Chi Minh City (UTC+7) determines the notice period. Sportkation confirms the amount in writing and initiates a refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days; bank processing time may vary.
These terms apply to bookings confirmed after publication and presented before payment. Existing confirmed bookings do not change. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
