This Privacy Policy explains how Sportkation (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit sportkation.com or book one of our pickleball retreats. Optional tracking is controlled by your privacy choices.

Information we collect

• Booking details you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, party size, dates, selected package and add-ons, and any message you send us.
• Usage data collected automatically: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and how you interact with the site.

How we use your information

• To process and manage your booking and contact you about it.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To measure and improve our website and marketing performance.

Analytics & advertising

We use the following third-party services, which may set cookies or receive event data to help us understand traffic and the performance of our advertising:

• Google Analytics — website traffic and usage measurement.
• Meta Pixel & Conversions API — to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show relevant ads. Contact information shared with Meta via the Conversions API is hashed before transmission.

Optional audience and advertising tracking stays off until you choose to allow it. You may accept, refuse, or choose audience measurement and advertising measurement separately. Use “Cookie preferences” on public pages to change or withdraw your choice. Booking and payment features remain available when you refuse optional tracking.

We remember your choice for up to 180 days in an essential first-party preference cookie and a server record. This record lets us check your current choice before sending later booking milestones. It does not contain your contact details and is not sent to Google or Meta. A withdrawal stops future optional events; it cannot recall data already received by those services.

You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings.

Data sharing & retention

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. analytics and advertising platforms named above, and our email and hosting providers), and where required by law. We keep booking data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
